The Built From Within Fellowship is a premier 12-month economic mobility and leadership development program designed to help residents move from stability to self sufficiency, wealth creation, and long-term success. As an extension of the Gainesville Housing Authority’s ELITE framework, the fellowship combines personal development, workforce training, financial empowerment, entrepreneurship, and homeownership pathways into a structured, results-driven experience.
